Thank you for having the heart of God. Your kindness, compassion, selflessness, faithfulness, humble spirit and devotion to the church and to the work of the Lord here in Tulare. We are so blessed to have such a first class man as our leader. We will never be able to show the appreciation and love we have for you in our hearts. We thank God for putting such a talented man in place as our leader, we are so blessed. We love you with all of our hearts.
